Meet Our Founder
Dr. John Harvey Wingfield launched Modern HealthPros to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery, financial performance, and patient-centered care. With a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Maryland and a BA from Albany State University, Dr. Wingfield brings deep expertise in health equity, epidemiology, and data analytics. His work at the CDC, Morehouse School of Medicine, and Washington University in St. Louis shaped a career-long commitment to improving healthcare systems through data and strategy. A Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) and Certified Medicare Counselor, Dr. Wingfield blends technical precision with a deep understanding of what providers and patients need most. His leadership drives everything we do—helping practices work smarter, operate more efficiently, and deliver exceptional care. .
